How to use your PASS Gallery / Texas Wedding & Portrait Photographer

I’ve had some clients ask me exactly how to use PASS, so I wanted to share this how-to guide with everyone!!

PASS is an online gallery specifically for photographers who like to shoot & share instantly with their clients. It gives clients instant access to their high resolution images where you can download them immediately in high resolution straight to your computer or iPhone! What’s also great about PASS is that you can instantly share with your family and friends your favorite image(s) from your session with me!

After your session with BLISS GOODLOE | PHOTOGRAPHER, you will receive a link to an online PASS gallery for you to show off your images. This gallery is the easiest way for you to share with your friends and family.

To open your gallery, simple click on the “View Photos” button in the email or Facebook message you receive so it can open in your web browser.

When the gallery opens, you should see something like the example below:

The next thing that you should do after opening your gallery is log in. In the top left corner of the screen, you’ll see 3 horizontal lines in the shape of a square. Click on that to access the menu on the left-hand side of the screen. At the bottom of this menu, click “Login”.

You must log in with your Facebook account or email address that has been given access to the gallery.

The images that you see when the gallery first opens up are my favorite images from the session, but there may be more for you to see! Just click on the 3 horizontal lines again to access the menu and select a different collection to view.

If you’d like to view a specific image, click on it to expand into a wider screen. You can also filter through your images this way by clicking on the grey arrows on the left or right of the screen.

To get back to the full gallery, just click on the arrow in the top left corner of the screen.

Once you have logged in and are viewing your images, you can mark your favorites with a star and create your own collection. When you expand an image after clicking on it, you will see a new menu slide out from the right hand side of the screen. Click on the little star to favorite an image or click on any of the social media icons to share the image to Facebook, Twitter or Pinterest!!

For portrait clients: When you’re ready to download your favorites, it is super simple. You can download individual images by clicking on the specific photo you want, then clicking the “Download Photo” button (an arrow pointing downwards) that’s below the Email button.

For wedding clients: You get the option of downloading all of your images at once! You can do this by opening the left-hand menu (clicking on the top left button that looks like 3 horizontal lines) and click on “Download All”. You can specify if you’d like to download only your favorites from your collection or the entire gallery of images.

Once you click the “Download All” button, the gallery will package the images as a .zip file for you. It will notify you when the files is ready for you to download, or you can simple wait. Eventually you’ll see a “Download” button which will allow you to save the images to your computer.

This feature will be coming soon to PASS!!! Make sure you go like your favorite images from your gallery and go back to them later when printing becomes available!!

I really hope this PASS tutorial has helped! Sometimes new things can be tricky, but I know PASS is the best thing for my clients and myself! Not only does it get the images to you very quickly, but you’re not having to wait for a CD in the mail that you’ll probably sit somewhere and forget about. You can simply and easily share images through social media and who doesn’t love that?!

Thanks and I hope this helped answer some questions!!
