Breakfast Special: French Toast

If you’re anything like me, you rarely get the chance to actually cook yourself something nice for breakfast. Let’s face it. Breakfast is supposed to be the most important meal of the day and yet most of us don’t take the time to make and eat anything for breakfast. Here lately I’ve decided to start cooking more for every meal instead of popping something in the oven or microwave, so here is breakfast meal numero uno.

Today’s menu: French Toast.

What you’ll need:

4 slices of bread

2 cups of milk

2 eggs

Cinnamon to taste

Combine the milk, eggs and cinnamon in a bowl big enough to dip your bread into, whisking into a mixture. Heat a pan to medium heat. Dip the bread into the mix and place into pan, heating well on both sides. Do this to all slices. Top with syrup of any kind with an optional addition of powdered sugar.
